Wanted to mount my video card vertically and still have a sound car. So I made a quick mount that used two existing screw holes on the case. I used two slightly longer than normal coarse computer screws that were left over after my build that were included with the case. I also drill the hole for the screw holding the card after I had it mounted on the case.
