DNA gel electrophoresis comb designer for Thermo Fisher Owl system. For *each* side of the comb, the number of teeth, teeth spacing, and teeth thickness is customizable in the MakerBot Customizer app. Tooth width is calculated based on number of teeth, gap distance between teeth, and comb width minus margins. Typical tooth thicknesses are 0.75–1.5 mm. The .scad file was modified from anoved's thing:352873 to allow separate customization of either side of the comb for the parameters above, except tooth length.
