It's a remix to have Thermoblade on a portable version powered by one CR2032. Generally, I just make a hole in the handle which is covered by a grip. I didn't glue anything and it holds pretty tight (even inside circle allows to spin the blade nicely). But depending on print resolution maybe you will need some two-sided tape or super glue. You can see electronic parts assembled in the picture. Electronics: - ATTINY85 - White switch - CR2032 flat socket - Two red LED strips for 3V Remarks: - LEDs are too visible (picture) it would be nice to diffuse them somehow (paper? less transparent filament? more LEDs?) to make more uniform light - ATTINY85 is booting up 8 seconds maybe it's possible to change it in ATTINY or just make some direct power from the switch to LEDs with a small resistor - Blade is not fitting perfectly when glued LED strip blade or handle maybe can be fine-tuned to fit with the strip between
