Thermocouple Cable Strain Relief

Thermocouple Cable Strain Relief

I designed this after continuously repairing the cable after the fragile cables would break from normal use. It may be a bit overkill but it should support the cable enough to prevent the smaller internal wires from breaking. This connector uses 4 M3x8 screws and 4 M3 nuts to hold the two halves together. The spacing for the nuts is a little tight so a soldering iron might be needed to heat them and press them in place. Another method (what I did) would be to heat the nozzle of your printer and lower the Z axis and nozzle on top of the nut. This will heat the nut up and press it into the part. Happy printing and I hope this helps!
