Thickened Case for Slim Wallet V2.0 (Updated with better lever design)

-----UPDATE - Mar.21.17----- Added a screw pin/cap, this has less play in the hole, I'd recommend printing these at a 0.14mm layer height or lower to ensure nice threads. Also, I added another lock, similar to the original but I filleted the edges, this should allow you to put it in with some pressure from a screwdriver - this way your cards are nice and secure. ---------UPDATE - Feb.16.17------------- The lock was a bit of a pain to get in with the new wall thickness, it is now redesigned to allow it to be slid into the upper notch orthogonal to its resting position, once it is sitting sideways in the channel rotate it downward by 90 degrees to lock it in. Note that this means there is less surface area locking down the cards, so it isn't as firm of a lock compared to the old one, it still holds the cards in just fine (it passed the hold it upside down and shake the hell out of it test). I have also sliced in a component from another design (the Cardinal Wallet by virustwin) for a more robust money clip, the layers are orthogonal to the load on the clip so it is quite strong. --------UPDATE - Feb.4.17.----------------- I did not take into account that the original lever required the case to be bent for it to fit, so the lever was very very difficult to insert with my original revision. I also think I made it bit too thick, so I have reduced the thickness slightly, and re-designed the lever; the lever now freely slides into its place with a pin/cap that slides through the case/lever to secure it. This new mechanism seems to work well, the pin and cap should snap together snugly, but feel free to apply a dab of glue if you wish. -------Original Post--------- I loved the original design and idea, but I wanted this model to be a bit thicker as it felt quite brittle. I also had no need for the money clip; moreover, I noted that some comments on the original design also desired a thicker casing. I sliced and diced the original casing up, removed the money clip, thickened the front and back and also shaved off the "Pentland Designs" embossing along the edge (I hope that is okay, I didn't want to modify something and still represent the brand). Enjoy!
