Thin todo list maker/stencil

I needed a really thin but sturdy stencil for todo lists and other list making. This is it. It's a 0.4mm or 0.6mm thick PLA thingie, the lines are 5 mm apart and stencil is 50x70mm. Printed in two 0.2 mm layers, this one is super fast and easy. New parametric version here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1610575 Use with a fine pen to make lines, circles and squares to make a nice to do list in your planner, calendar or any piece of scrap paper. The lines come out the best on your lists if you use the top as guide for your pen. Just flip it around for squares instead of circles. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,2mm Notes: PLA. Infill is not important as it's only going to print a combined top/bottom layer anyway. Post-Printing Wait for it... Wait until the bed is cold before taking the stencil off, or the list maker stencil might crease or skew. If it does, put the stencil back on a heated bed (65°C worked fine here) with something flat and heavy on top. It only takes about 20 seconds to get it all nice and flat again, but waiting is really the faster option. Don't ask how I know. ;-) How I Designed This My printer went all crazy one day so I had to stop a large print that had just started. Easing off thin layers of PLA from the bed I realised I had been going about to do list stencils all wrong trying to make them on my paper cutting robot, Silhouette portrait. Whipped this up in SketchUp and voilá, 15 minutes later the print was all ready. Love it! Might make one with larger squares though. And maybe some other shapes as well.
