I designed a crucial component for my friend's Thinkware H100 dash cam, a part that was inexplicably missing when he received it and never bothered to reach out to the retailer about. Instead, I took on the challenge of crafting this piece myself, and now it's complete. The mount consists of two parts that are securely joined together with a countersunk M3 x 10mm screw, ensuring a solid connection even in turbulent environments. To prevent them from coming apart over time, I recommend applying some adhesive or glue between the two sections. The hole can be pre-threaded if desired, but an M3 screw will easily create its own threads in plastic without any issues.
