To print, set layer height to 0.2 and input text lines 1-5 with "P.Burrows" as line 1. Disable the hole option, position the text vertically at -49, upload image file 'lithopane_new20140108-19207-4u1p1l-0.dat', choose a standard picture shape with hole diameter of 10 and small pane size. Set horizontal picture orientation, do not reverse text, set text size to 7 and print 12 layers.
