Printable adapter plate for THK KR26 linear stages. THK sell these separately ($$) as an aluminum part but I thought: "why not design my own? Instructions Printing Printed as-is without support in PLA @ 0.1mm layer height. The captive nut recesses on the bottom of the print have filleted corners so there is minimal bridging required as long as the layer height is kept reasonable. Support may be required if you use thick layers. Infill can be low for most applications. My application will be fairly light duty (z-axis on a resin printer) so I'm hoping the stepper will stay cool enough for the PLA to hold up. If you know you will be running the motor hard you may want to print in ABS or Nylon as steppers can get pretty toasty. Parts (4 of each) M3-20mm screws M3-6mm screws (longer may be ok depending on your stepper) M3 nuts Assembly -Insert the M3 nuts into the plate -Place the plate on the face of the motor with the nuts facing the motor (the motor should partially cover the nuts keeping them in place) -Screw the plate to the motor using the M3-6mm screws -Loosen the flexible coupler on the KR26 and insert the motor shaft into the coupler and bolt the plate/motor assembly to the linear stage using the M3-20mm screws -Tighten the flexible coupler
