Thonet Garden Ornament

Mark 3 of the Thonet Garden Ornament. (uploaded mark 1 and 2 earlier) Something get lost in the communication between client, artist and designer (me). First designed a complete chair but the legs where not required only the arm and back rest that need to be fixed directly on top of a tree stump. Made out of plain steel that will rust....The general idea (of the client and artist) behind this design is that the chair together with the tree stump will degrade in time, they need to erode together and in time return to mother earth..... Also had to redesign the fixing methode...we don't want the client to fall from his tree (and also returns to mother earth..;-) Hope this will be the final design and producing off the parts can commence...engage, as Capain Jean-Luc Picard would say....
