I modified the Thor idol model from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:88963 by adding a 30mm beveled circular base. Instructions Combined with a 30mm base using Meshmixer (attached file). Produced on Cura at 205 degrees in PLA on Printrbot Simple Metal with 0.2mm layer height, 0.8 shell thickness, and bottom/top thickness, and 15% fill. I implemented support everywhere grid structure. Set the overhang angle to 65 degrees, filled amount to 25%, x/y distance to 0.5mm and z distance to 0.14mm.
