<p>A small riddle that show interesting capabilities of 3D printing.<br/> Inside is a 75xD10 mm box for a congratulation letter / important note / whatever.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>You need two nuts and each screw once (the nuts are the same, the screws aren't).</p> <p>Choose colors you like. For this I added the STL files.</p> <p>For you it's the riddle to mount them, for the person you give it to solve it :)<br/> I don't want to post a how to mount/dismount here, because of reasons. If you need it, send me a message.</p> <p>You can speed up printing by printing both screws into the same color.</p> <p>After the print and cleaning move the screws into each other to check if the thread align properly (it should make a descend click at the final position).<br/> Check the thread of the screws and nuts before mounting. They have a clearance of 0,1 mm and are very sensitive to small printing errors or inaccurate printing.</p> <p>Make sure to have the right side of the nut upside before mounting. There is a difference!</p> <p>Edit 05.01.2021: Change gcode to make screws one color and nuts another, change stl of screw 1 for easier fit into screw heat of screw 2</p>
