Thread test myminifactory

Thread test

myminifactory waelber 2630982 Premium

This nut and bolt combination is designed to be 3D-printed. That means the threads are sleightly modified. The thread of the bold has its outer diameter reduced by 0.2mm and the threads are 0.16 mm thinner. The theats of the nut are not changed.
Your 3D-printer should be able to print an almost perfect fitting bolt and nut, but if it doesn't fit that means your horizontal expansion is sleightly off.
All my future models will be designed with these thread tolerances.
