Threaded crank handle with internal conic bearing and a slot for a flat head screwdriver. Threaded for common 1/4" bolt with 20 thread per inch pitch. The bearing fit is fairly loose to prevent accidental binding during printing. The thread fit is tight enough to need a screwdriver to get a steel bolt in. The 1/4" printed bolt I have on this page goes in nicely, but probably lacks the sheer strength to be used in a crank handle.
