Threaded insert for M16 and M25 cable glands printed in white PETG for 60x40mm UNEX 23 trunking. This threaded insert allows the fastening of M16x1.5 and M25x1.25 cable glands in UNEX 23 series conduit in size 60x40mm. Specially designed for photovoltaic installations. Having the profile of the trough firmly fixes the cable gland to it. CONSIDERATIONS: Before drilling the trough, place the insert inside and mark the thread contour to drill the hole in exact location. In the M25 thread, the hole is quite tight. You have to take part of the guide of the cover. The gutter cover fits perfectly, but it is recommended to leave the cable gland loosened but inside the thread and once the cover is on, tighten it as much as possible. Although it is PETG, remember that it is a plastic thread. Do not force it to avoid wearing out the thread and making it difficult to screw in the cable gland. Fixing agents or adhesives can be used, although it would be difficult to remove them from the gutter.
