Threaded, Labeled Beer Tap Handle

Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:141354, I just wanted to be able to add a label to it.  Unfortunately, it didn't include the scad file used to generate it.  Found https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:89111, which has labels and sources, but isn't threaded.I found a great library (http://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads) that let me do threading, and used the customizable tap handle scad sources as a reference.Up to date sources available on GitHub:  https://github.com/rascalking/3d-models/tree/master/tap-handle
