Threaded Rod Clamp

Threaded Rod Clamp

thingiverse

This design came about because I needed a way to clamp my printer to the table in order to stop it from walking around during an aggressive print. 5/16 hole was drilled into the frame and an ‘L’ shape threaded rod was then inserted and then clamped to the bottom of the table. I then designed a clamp top part so that the clamp could be more generic. Other needed parts: 5/16 threaded rod as long as to fit your need. 5/16 Nut. 5/16 Acorn Nut. 1/16 hobby foam sheet (to pad the clamp jaws) Print Settings Printer: Custom Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 mm Infill: I used 25% infill
