Three-dimensional chess (Laser cut)

Here is my version of 3D chess from Star Trek. I reworked chess pieces slightly based on jwrm22 design (really good job btw). Laser cut square bases on 1mm clear perspex then laser cut clear and translucent blue squares out of 2mm or 3mm perspex. Glue it all together (see picture) using Tensol 12. Laser cut stand out of 6mm perspex and glue the squares to it like on the picture.
