So, this is a basic Fret Rocker. Not much to say about that. It's a tool used by luthiers and guitar tech people to level the frets on a fretboard. If you want to find out how to use one, Google's a thing that exists. I was surprised that I couldn't find one on Thingiverse already, given the many luthiery and guitar tools that are here, and how simple a tool this would be to model.
