This design is for a small turning knob for a 3/4 inch bolt. It is small enough to fit into tight spaces and is open to allow bolt to travel through. The bolt has to be press fit into the plastic. I use a blow torch and quickly the nut, then press it into the plastic for a tight fit. Instructions The design was deliberately made tight. Once complete, heat the bolt and press fit it into the piece. Using a blow torch, I place the bolt over the flame for about 2 seconds, then press it down. Make sure your alignment is correct before you press it down and cool it quickly (run it under the tap).
