Through hole plug / retaining pin

Meant to function as a bearing and for keeping things together. Can anybody tell me the proper name of this kind of thing? I wanted to print the butterfly knife I found: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:832180. But the bolts used in there won't keep in place. I couldn't find what I need here so I quickly made one myself.
