I bought an old Tacx bike stand from ebay which originally only comes with holders for rim brake bikes (quick release 100/130mm). For my new disc brake road bike I've designed these holders for 12x100 or 142 thru-axles. Regarding the bike stand; I think it's an older version of the Tacx T3075, which later on received a black/blue paint scheme. Unfortunately, there is no writing or article number left on mine. The dimensions of the horizontal beam, where the holders/mounts sit, are 50mm x 30mm (WxH). The holder is multi-part to utilize the strength of the individual parts, ensuring that your bike is secure. I've attached the .stp-files for you to modify, in case you need different bolt sizes or widths.
