Thru-axle truing stand adapters

Adapters to make it easier to true thru-axle axles on a truing stand. I looked at the Park Tool TS-2TA product, & decided I could integrate the spring & spacer piece into one overly-complicated stacked wave spring. Based on overall dimensions from the TS-2TA. The spring spacer has a chamfer to make dropping in the adapter easier. I don't know if this would work with non-Park Tool modern truing stands. This is untested.
