Thrustmaster Cougar HOTAS Drop-In Replacement Gimbals

These are Drop-In replacements for the gimbals in the Thrustmaster Cougar HOTAS. They do not improve the handling in any way, these are just made to replace broken gimbals. I used Eryone PETG and Kaisertech PLA but found PLA to be better. The forces applied by the springs are pretty strong. You might want to a) print that part with as much infill as possible and b) drill little holes through and put screws in from the top. Speaking about infill, I used Cura to change the infill settings in specific parts of the models. Basically, all the axis where printed with 100%. I am still fiddling with the distance of the "roof" and the spring holder to minimize wobble. There is a little too much play right now, but it works for me. Don't forget to grease all points of contact. This is far from perfect, (the model isn't even watertight, but it slices okay), but I just wanted to play Squadrons before it get's abandoned :D
