Has correct radius (35.35mm) for the collar. Print in PLA, with the curved face upwards, the flat face on the bed - you may well need supports in the hole to ensure the screw inset prints clean. Print two at a time if you struggle with poor edges due to excessive heat. Prints 100% infill in about just a few minutes. Remove lock screw from T300 collar, and refit screw through the nub and tighten. Check the screw doesnt protrude into the collar (it shouldn't). Enjoy easier tightening and loosening of the collar!
