Thrustmaster T3PA Pedal Mod - Throttle, Brake, Clutch

-------------------------------------------------------UPDATE----------------------------------------------------- There are several designs right now on thingiverse, but none of them did fit 100% to what I wanted to have: - design for 2 dampers on throttle, brake and clutch, too - stable/stiff versions, even if only one damper is attached - abilitiy to adjust the lenght not only on the dampers but on the base, too - ability to adjust the mounting height on the slider brackets - at least one side of the dampers fixed with screw through a dampers hole After first tryouts following things showed up: - the dampers ALWAYS come without oil! If you wan't to have a really realistic feeling you have to fill them up by yourself with RC silicone oil. I used one with 30wt / 350cst what is a very low viscosity and means it damps not too much. On the other hand it's difficult to get them dampers sealed to not leak out and soil your hole pedal. Therefor I used thick grease on all seals that helped a bit. But leakage always will be a problem due to the fact that the dampers always completely get compressed and for example on the throttle this circumstance lasts a longer time, for that those dampers are not made. - when dampers are filled with oil both ends have to be bolted/screwed! When filled, the dampers are not as fast as the original pedal spring, a gap arises and the open end of the damper falls out - there were several "slight" collisions on the first version I uploaded The now uploaded parts give you ability for full adjustment without any collisions (on pictures you still see the first version of the slider bracket on throttle+brake, don't be confused). On the clutch you can even use a 130mm damper, it works, but i switched to 90mm dampers, they fit better to the kinematic and give a more realistic feeling. On the dampers you have to push out the bushes that you can stick through a M5 screw. One last hint for the "inserts" for the oblong holes: believe me, you will need them to catch the forces, only screwing will be too less! ;-) Print them very slowly (10mm/s), then it will work. You will need additionally: - 3 dampers 130mm, 1 on throttle and 2 on brake (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Hsp-hpi-hop-up-parts-oil-adjustable-130mm-alloy-aluminum-shock-absorber-damper-for-rc-car/32593123945.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.Q01WaR) - 2 dampers 90mm, both on the clutch (https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005003665243019.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.1f49326bBWmHrT&algo_pvid=c005e2da-db62-484f-b083-5ccfc11d0007&algo_exp_id=c005e2da-db62-484f-b083-5ccfc11d0007-7&pdp_ext_f=%7B%22sku_id%22%3A%2212000026710206916%22%7D&pdp_pi=-1%3B9.65%3B-1%3B1.47%40salePrice%3BEUR%3Bsearch-mainSearch - print two times the groundplate for direct attachment on the pedal for throttle and brake from this design (part "baseEvolutionV1.stl"): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4809597/files - print one time the groundplate for direct attachment on the pedal for clutch from this design (part "CLUTCH_LOWER_BODY.stl"): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4808707/files - several M4+M5 screws, washers and nuts - cordless screwdriver to drill the holes on the pedal
