Print the plastic part. You need 30mm M5 bolt with hexagonal head. total length about 33.5mm. Refer to PDF revision 00. Fits Existing mounts and the ones I will upload very very soon! Instructions Designed with Autodesk Inventor 13 and a good pair of digital calipers. Print in PLA on a Replicator 2. In Makerware (I) set the Y-axis Scale height to 20mm (see screenshot). I didn't need supports or a base. Shrinkage occurred on my first print but setting Y=20mm gave the bolt a snug fit. The plastic part can be scaled up or down depending on your bolt/hex size. I made a taper for the hex to 'lock in place' but a bit of glue would give you peace of mind. Shove the bolt down the tapered hex shaft. Print settings: Normal-Default - was strong enough! You choose!
