Thunderbird 1 Coffee Sleeve

Thunderbird 1 Coffee Sleeve

This is a coffee sleeve meant for standard paper coffee cups so you can avoid wasting a second cup or one of those corrugated cardboard sleeves which would end up in a landfill. The great thing about this is that it is made from the upper engine portion of the new Thunderbird 1 from the new ITV/WETA TV series, "Thunderbirds Are Go" and the latticework that forms the interior space of a 3D print works to dissipate the heat from the coffee before it reaches your hand. If you have sensitive hands, or just want to be cool, get this and print it. Prints in blue for the body and white for the text, which inlays nicely. Gluing the text in is a good idea. I use Krazy Glue which works very well on both ABS and PLA. Instructions Prints pretty straight-forward. Just load in the orientation the file is in and print. Some support will be needed for the body and the text, as there are overhangs of greater than 45 degrees, but if you have control over that, you may get away with no support, because the overhangs are small. Your results may vary, but mine were very nice.
