Replacement battery pack for the TI vintage calculators such as SR-50A uses TI BP-1 battery pack. It holds 3 AA batteries, either rechargeable NiCad or NiMH or regular Alkaline batteries. The contacts are made of 0.5mm solid copper wire salvaged from CAT5 network cable. After printing, clean out the wire holes using 0.5mm drill bit. Thread the wires as shown in the attached picture. Make a 'X' at the contacts to ensure secure battery connection.
