#DIY Tib Bar This is my diy tib bar I use for doing tib raises. Use thick (8+ layers) walls. Assemble the pipe nipples as shown in the included picture. Use the plate holder as a drill guide for the 5/16" clevis pin hole. Put pipe insulation along the pipes that will be in contact with the upper part of your foot, then wrap the insulation in electrical tape.
