Tick pincers (tweezers)

Tick pincers (tweezers)

thingiverse

I have a poodle named Ajsha. Sometimes she gets a tick and I always struggle to extract it whole. I needed normally-closed tweezers, so I designed a pair for my 3D printer. Before use you should set the pincers in the working position as showed in the video. Before use would be better, because the pincers in the working position are stressed and those stresses relax in time. To keep he tension, the tweezers should be in the unused position when not in use. However, the tension should stay sufficient for tick extraction for quite some time, probably a few years at room temperature.
