»Tie Pin«

A tie pin made of a steel turning and a pin, that is hard soldered on a pad. The pad with the hard soldered pin is hard soldered on the last two outer windings. A complete galvanic deposition of a fine coat of gold get a special effect for a good appearance. This product really exists. I have got it as a self made gift - many years ago - from colleagues, working in our model shop. May be, that this 3D-model can be a more or less good inspiration for goldsmiths and/or other peoples.
