Tie Rack - Holds 14 neckties There are a couple of other tie racks here on Thingiverse, but none fit my design objectives. The 17.5mm spacing between the pins is designed to hold 2 ties on each pin, thus doubling the capacity. The layout also allows for two separate racks to maintain the proper spacing when assembled end-to-end. The strength might be improved by adding a fillet where the pin joins the base, but my Google Sketchup-foo is not that strong. I use 3M Command Strips to attach to the wall. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: I suggest printing at 100% infill for maximum strength.
