Tiered Spice Rack + Door Spice Racks

<h4>Spices</h4><p>The spices were hard to find and didn't fit in the cupboard. &nbsp;So I made these racks. &nbsp;They hold 24 jars on a removable caddy, 8 more jars on a fixed shelf in back, and 8 tall jars and 8 short jars on the cupboard door. &nbsp;48 jars in all. &nbsp;All the jars are visible as soon as you open the door.</p><p>The caddy is exactly sized to fit our cupboard; you might need to change the design for yours. &nbsp;The caddy is 376mm wide, 212mm deep, and 190mm tall (14.8 x 8.35 x 7.5 inches). &nbsp;The door racks are an additional 47mm (~2 inches) deep.</p><p>There is a magnetic clasp in the back rack and the back side of the caddy. &nbsp;When the caddy is pushed in, the magnet snaps it into position.</p><h4>Printing and Assembly</h4><p>I printed the racks in PLA on an i3 MK3. &nbsp;Each rack is printed in two pieces to fit the printer. &nbsp;The tall handles did not need any support. &nbsp;(I was surprised it worked.)&nbsp;</p><p>The caddy and back rack are held together by threaded rods, #6-32 x 6 inches (M3 x 150mm should work), and nylon locking nuts. &nbsp;You need a long shank nut driver to screw in the nuts.</p><p>The magnets are 3mm x 8mm discs, and they are captured between the halves when you screw them together. &nbsp;Check the orientation so they attract instead of repelling.</p><p>The back rack and door racks are secured by 3M Command Strips.</p><h4>Design Files</h4><p>I designed this in Fusion 360. &nbsp;I've included the CAD files in both .f3d and .STEP formats. &nbsp;There are three sets of files; the caddy and back rack are one design; the top (short jar) door rack is one design, and the bottom (tall jar) door rack is one design.</p>
