TIG/WIG Grinding Tool for Dremel Multitools 01.07.2019 Release 03.07.2019 60 deg and Combi Head for all 3 angles added 23.11.2019 Heads 1.0mm added 06.01.2020 Absaugung (extraction) added What you need: Dremel Multitool, 35mm Diamond Grinding Disk (f.eg. ebay) Each Head has 3 positions that can be used, each Position uses a different radius on the grinding disk Diameter available: 1.0mm, 1.6mm and 2.4mm Angles available: 30 deg, 45 deg and 60 deg als well as a combi head Health and Safty Warning You do it on your own risk How to set up Step1 Insert the shaft of the grinding wheel into the collet chuck and tighten it slightly (so that it still move a bit and sticks out of the lower part). Screw the lower part of the tool onto the dremel. Step2 Put the grinding wheel onto the shaft (without the screw) and use the top part of the tool to press the grinding wheel and the shaft into the correct position. (When it fits to the lower part) Step3 Remove the lower part of the tool from dremel and tighten up the collet chuck. Step 4 Screw the lower part on dremel again, fit the grinding wheel with the shaft and screw the needed top part on. Use a 2.5mm, 1.7mm Drill to open up the holes if needed (or use a hot TIG elektrode) Ready to grind Other diameters and angles possible if needed.
