Tilt Rotor Motor Mount for Quadplane

This takes a standard sized servo and provides a 90° tilt for use in VTOL quadplanes. There's a YouTube video describing the assembly procedure here: https://youtu.be/xtRaWuaJyCQ It is left-right symmetrical in case you want to swap the servo orientation on each side and both pieces can be printed with no supports. I suggest using a higher-temperature material like ABS or nylon for the actual propeller motor mount piece since those motors can get hot in flight. It is sized to slide onto a 10mmx10mm square carbon fibre tube. All bolt holes are M3. It is designed to take a '25T' servo horn that you can buy cheaply online. My tie rod is ~50mm centre-to-centre, although you can play with the servo orientation and phase, so you have some flexibility. I've also added a second version of the servo mount piece that has hard stops 90° apart. You can adjust your servo max/min PWM via your autopilot software so it maintains a little pressure against these stops so as to better hold position at the discrete 'copter' and the 'fixed wing' positions. Don't try to apply too much continuous pressure/current or you could damage your servo. NB: An alternate arrangement, which I only thought of after recording the above video, is to use a servo horn on each side of the motor mount piece. This way the metal horns, rather than just 3D printed material, helps to secure the motor mount, so it is more robust against vibration and fatigue.
