Timer Base
prusaprinters

This is a voltmeter enclosure I had designed a while back. I have made this custom insert to hold a commonly available timer available on Amazon, search, “Merqua”. I use this setup to time capacitor leakage testing.

The bed orientation is with the face down. The back screws on with servo screws available from hobby, RC supply. The original has wrinkle finish paint and could be used on this one to make it look authentic. The brass posts are for show in this case but would normally be connected to an analog meter. The brass post hardware is available from HomeDepot in the hardware aisle. The timer is attached at the back with double side tape. I allowed proper clearances so that the timer can easily be turned for setting.

https://www.amazon.ca/Magnetic-Portable-Digital-Management-Merqua/dp/B07C5W96X7/ref=sr_1_5?crid=3SP3A2OKDVNDE&keywords=merqua&qid=1647221339&sprefix=merqua%2Caps%2C210&sr=8-5
