Timer pulley

In the past few weeks, I've created a design for pulleys that print well. However, with a standard .5mm nozzle, the belt teeth aren't sharp enough, causing slipping. Upon learning about MakerGear's z-pulleys (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1081), I inquired how they prevented this issue. Their secret was a .4mm nozzle. MakerGear even requested my design! While the object prints nicely and functions to some extent, the belt still doesn't have enough grip on its teeth at .5mm. The provided gcode file is optimized for .5mm nozzles, but you may want to create your own .4 or .3mm file for better results.
