Tiny Epic Defenders Map Tray

I took Tev's awesome interconnected map trays for Tiny Epic Zombies, scaled them larger for sleeved cards, raised the top part of the tray, and decreased the tab tolerances for a tighter fit. I didn't like my initial 0.5mm tolerance on the tabs, so I've increased it to 0.75mm. It's still a tight fit. With the 0.5mm I had to sand some of my pieces, probably due to my slicer settings. The sleeved cards fit perfectly now except for a tiny bit around the corners. You may want to round your sleeve corners, particularly at the open end. Or not as the good fit does mean that the map cards won't fall out. Popping the sleeved cards out with no damage is easy due to Tev's design. I left my corners as-is. For Tiny Epic Defenders you'll need 7 map trays. Some of the connectors are more optional than others. If you choose to print them, you'll need 1 each of the corner connectors. More optionally, you'll need 2 long connectors (or 4 short connectors) and 2 middle connectors for the top and bottom. For The Dark War expansion you can print either one of the Soldier trays. The flat one has some stair-stepping where the middle connects. The rotated one fixes this but can add other issues such as bridging and overhang on two of the tabs. Your mileage may vary with your own slicer settings which are probably better than mine. **Updated because I didn't like how tightly the sleeved cards fit. The Soldier trays were created based on Tev's original design, but using Rainers excellent Customizable Card Deck Box OpenSCAD thing. I've modified it in various ways for various games, but it has close to ~1000 lines of code and is recursive. I highly recommend it. **Tiny Epic Games** * [Tiny Epic Zombies](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4257306) - 9 map trays * Tiny Epic Defenders - 7 map trays * Tiny Epic Galaxies - 5 map trays
