Tiny Whoop LED Gate Hardware This is a remix of JPYFlight's LED Whoop Gate. We tweaked the design to make it work with 1/2" outer diameter poly tubing. These have worked great for our High School Tiny Whoop Drone Racing Club! They are easy to print and assemble. Gates appear much brighter than in photos!! Parts List: Purchased on Amazon - Anker PowerCore Fusion 5000, Portable Charger 5000mAh 2-in-1 with Dual USB - Led Strip Lights 6.56ft for 40-60in TV USB Backlight Kit with Remote - Scotch-Mount Indoor Double-Sided Mounting Tape 3/4 in wide Purchased at Home Depot - 1/2 in. Cut tubing to desired length (Gates shown in pictures are 4ft.) - Step 2. Run LED Strip through square hole and out one side of Gate Body - Step 3. Place Heat Shrink Tubing on USB Cable - Step 7. Connect LED Strip and USB Cable (test to make sure it is in correct orientation, you may also want to loop a strip of tape around the connection point to secure) - Step 8. Move Heat Shrink Tubing to directly over LED Strip and USB Cable connection and apply heat (Make sure you have not covered the infrared sensor for LED Strip Remote) - Step 9. Place Double Stick Tape on Gate Base and cut to length - Step 10. Assemble Base and Body, Secure to surface of choice, plug in and Your Done! Have fun flying!
