This is a small size desktop 3D printer. I have noticed most of the parts I print are small and I was looking for a second 3D printer.
Features
Build Volume X: 100 Y: 100 Z: 100 Quick and Accurate It uses a short bowden tube setup with a high torque extruder. Thus it was possible to design a light weight printhead for quick travel moves. Belt tensioners are integrated as well as an adjustable Z endstop. Silent Uses Trinamic's TMC2208 stepper motor drivers with high torque and speed in ultra silent operation. Clean Comes with cable management. All axis use drag chains for durable and clean wire guidings. Affordable Common parts Easy to use preconfigured Marlin firmware and Slic3r profiles
Bill of Material
Download latest BOM file with Aliexpress links Electronics - Arduino 2560 + RAMPS 1.4 - 1x Radial Fan 5010 12V/24V - 1x Axial Fan 3010 12V - 3x Stepper Motor Driver Board TMC2208 - 1x Stepper Motor Driver Board A4988 - 1x LCD Adapter - 1x MKS Mini 12864 LCD with Cables - 1x SD-Card - 3x End Stop RepRap Style Extruder and Hotend - E3D Titan (for Bowden Setup) - E3D V6 with 0.4mm Nozzle - E3D V6 Silicone Sock - Teflon Bowden Tube do=4mm di=1.9mm l~250mm Power Supply LED supply Power Brick - 12V with 5A without heated bed --or-- - 12V with 10A for a printer with heated bed Drivetrain - 2x GT2 Pulley 20T 5mm bore w=6mm - 5x GT2 Idler 20T 5mm bore w=6mm - 5m GT2 Belt w=6mm - 6x LM8LUU Linear Bearings - 1x T8 Threaded Rod with 8mm Lead (4 Start) l=200mm - 1x T8 Lead Screw (4 Start) - 2x KFL08 Bearing Mount - 1x 8mm/5mm Flexible Shaft Coupler (these simple ones) Stepper Motors - X: NEMA 17 28mm 10mH, 0.6A, 25Ncm - Y: NEMA 17 28mm 10mH, 0.6A, 25Ncm - Z: NEMA 17 28mm 10mH, 0.6A, 25Ncm - E: NEMA 17 20mm 4.5mH, 1.0A, 13Ncm Heated Bed * 120mm Heated Bed (approx. 48W) * Insulation Material underneath (wind shield cover, PU foam, cardboard, etc.) * Print Surface to your liking (PEI, BuildTak, PVA glue) Cable Management - Drag Chain 7x7 for X, Y - Drag Chain 10x10 for Z - Cable Ties Metal Goods - 1x Aluminum Profile 6mm slot 2020 235mm for X - 1x Aluminum Profile 6mm slot 2020 240mm for Y - 1x Aluminum Profile 6mm slot 2040 290mm for Z - 1x Aluminum Profile 6mm slot 2040 85mm for YZ - 2x 8mm smooth rod 225mm for X - 2x 8mm smooth rod 215mm for Y - 2x 8mm smooth rod 250mm for Z - 3x Straight Steel Bracket - 4x L shaped Steel Bracket - 4x T Slot Corners for 2020 Profile - 100x Hammernuts M5 - M3, M5 Screws (M3x10, M3x20, M5x8, M5x10, M5x20) - M3, M5 Nuts
Configuration
Reference Voltages of Stepper Drivers - X: Trinamic TMC2208: 0.8V - Y: Trinamic TMC2208: 0.8V - Z: Trinamic TMC2208: 0.8V - E: Allegro A4988: 0.65V Firmware Download latest configuration.h and configuration_adv.h for Marlin 1.1.9 in Files Section BOM Download latest bom.ods in Files Section Assembly Find a 3D PDF in the download section.
