TinySA-ULTRA Case

TinySA-ULTRA Case

Based on my original TinySA/NanoVNA-H case: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4916912 This thing is a case for the tinySA ULTRA Spectrum Analyzer, along with some accessories. I don’t own the ULTRA version of the TinySA, so I have not personally printed it, but the person who requested a case based on my original version provided all the dimensions and feedback to be able to model and test fit it. (Thanks Don!) The bottom left corner of the lower housing has a “bridge” that supports the attenuators, and the empty space under this bridge was intended to allow the small cables that are supplied with the TinySA to tuck underneath. (See photos at the original case link above showing the cables tucked under that bridge.) I have set this up to allow for storage of a couple of BNC-SMA adapters ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0814S5QPL?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=spiffspace-20&linkId=6fe4e4a5ebf7c54e869ceaa1a359b913&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl ), and a pair of 30dB SMA attenuators (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0814S5QPL?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=spiffspace-20&linkId=6fe4e4a5ebf7c54e869ceaa1a359b913&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl ). It also is set up to allow for leaving SMA connector savers (installed on the inputs of the tinySA -- which I don't use, but was requested by other users). I can't guarantee that yours will fit, but if they look like either of these they should work: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0814S5QPL?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=spiffspace-20&linkId=6fe4e4a5ebf7c54e869ceaa1a359b913&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0814S5QPL?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=spiffspace-20&linkId=6fe4e4a5ebf7c54e869ceaa1a359b913&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl There are two STL files provided here, one for the lower case, and one for the upper case. Hardware required: (2) M3 x 40mm long socket head cap screws (2) M3 nylon locknuts (4) M3 flat washers (approx 0.5mm thick) I also included STP files for the two parts, in the event that someone wanted to make some simple adjustments to the CAD for their own use. A STP assembly is also included, which contains my CAD reference models for the housing parts, TinySA Ultra, antenna, attenuators, and SMA savers. Note that the TinySA Ultra was modeled based on measurements/feedback from a user who asked if I could create a new case specific for the ULTRA.
