I'm redesigning this boom using US 3/4" copper pipe, which has a larger diameter than the original design's specifications. To accommodate the chosen material, I've revised the design to fit snugly around the pipe and reinforced the structure by thickening certain walls for added strength. The original part, printed in PLA, failed due to excessive stress; this new version is crafted from PETG, a more robust material that should withstand the rigors of use.
