Tippmann 98 Safety Button

I was rebuilding one of my Tippmann 98s and I lost the safety. Since I lend them out to friends, I could not leave it like that (or stomach paying $10 for a replacement). Luckily I had another gun with the safety button still in and a digital caliper. The upright print did not go so well, so I printed it sideways with supports. After printing clean up supports and add two R01 o-rings to either side. If you have a red one you can mark the button as unsafe. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Simple Metal Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .1mm Infill: 35% Notes: Due to the critical of this part, I printed it very slow. I printed it in PLA, which seemed to work fine (after sanding/buffing), but ABS may have been better since it is a lot easier to smooth using acetone.
