Titan Aero Extruder Body and Idler Arm

The plastic housing on my titan aero recently cracked- I didn't feel like buying another one, so I went online to look for some designs. Since there weren't any really great ones available, I just decided to model my own! You'll still need the bearings and gears, however (but you can buy those separately from aliexpress, which should be much cheaper). Idler Version A includes a insert for the 9mm diameter bearing (for cloned extruders which included the bearing on the extruder). Idler Version B just includes the regular hole slot. I've also added the extruder idler STEP in case anyone wants to make edits. Both idlers require a pin-head M4 screw to hold the idler bearing/pulley in place. This model does require a short length of bowden tube (which prevents the idler from being worn out over time). SUPPORTS: Titan extruder body needs supports in three locations: under the tensioner spring slot, in the circular slot for the stepper motor, and one for the nut-insert. Titan idler needs supports inside the idler wheel (middle slot for bearing) but not for the area with the bowden insert. This print has tight tolerances- make sure your printer is properly dialed in or things might not come out as they expect. You'll need to do some post-processing to clean up areas.
