This ist he Versino with 2 linear bearings Needed Parts: Extruder: Titan Aero (Tested with original E3D-Tian Aero and Trianglelab Titan Aero clone) Hexnuts: 3x M3 Inserts: 4x M3x8x5 7x M3x4x5 Screws: 2x M3 x 6mm 5x M3 x 15mm 4x M3 x 20mm 4x M3 x 25mm 5x M3 x 30mm Linear Bearing: 2x Igus DryLin® R - RJ4JP 01-08 (or similar) new (longer) belt Installation: 1.) anchor_plate: Install Bearing using 1 clip Install belt using belt_stopper (see picture) 2.)mainbody insert Hexnut (3x) assambly inserst (2x M3x8x5, 1x M3x4x5) install Titan aero, using the instruction from the factory 3.) belt_tensioning assambly inserst (2x M3x8x5) Install belt using belt_stopper 4.) Disassamble Rails Open screw from the side slide Rails out mount anchor_plate on top rail mount linear bearing on bottom rail 5.) Slide mainbody over bottom-rail-liner-bearing 6.) secure with 2x clip 7.) slide mainbody over top-rail-linear bearing 8.) take care all wire are in correct place 9.) Screw mainbody and anchor_plate together (4x M3 x 25mm) 10.) Screw belt_tensioning and anchor_plate together (2x M3 x 30mm) 11.) adapter_5015 assambly inserst (2x M3x4x5) srew fan 5015 to adapter, airinlet face down clue fanduct_5015 to the fan (see picture for correct orientation) 12.)fanduct_4040 assambly inserst (4x M3x4x5) srew fan 40x 40 to adapter 13.) Screw the prefered fan to mainbody (1x M3 x 15) Connect all wires and install firmware as described in the dokuments, that come with your titan aero. Have fun :-)
