My Titan shopvac has a fundamental flaw: the hose connects to the body by plugging on top of the barbed connector. This creates a reduction in bore size and a restriction that can easily clog up if larger items are vacuumed. I have solved this by creating a replacement connector that wraps around the hose. This means there is no restriction and anything that gets sucked up will always (touch wood) make it into the drum. Just print two halves, wrap them around the hose and secure with a cable tie. I printed on a resin printer but I'm sure it can be printed on FDM.
