Titan X-carriage with piezo Z-probe

Titan X-carriage with piezo Z-probe

A remix of DJDemonD's titan + piezo mount, to fit onto an open-build mini-gantry. To give a firm enough mounting it uses 3 holes. I added a groove and hole to pass the piezo connector out of, plus a stud to screw the Precision Piezo PCB onto. Like the original, a decent dab of superglue front & back is enough to hold the piezo and force it to flex with the mount. Works great - cut my probes typical SD-from-mean in half and almost eliminated vibration artefacts, both because the nozzle is now so much closer to the pivot point. I made this in PLA & 100% infill as I needed the stiffness to eliminate vibration issues I was having with the x-carriage, and the flex is still more than enough to generate a good signal from the piezo, so I don't see any need to redo in PETG. I've printed a 2nd one to keep handy, so even if I do get fractures at some point it's a simple swap to get up and running again. I found it's essential to print it upright so the flexing slots come out properly; I used "supports everywhere" at 55° in cura to handle the holes in the vertical walls and under the screw post. I may revisit this with a fillet running up to the post but tbh it's not really necessary.
