A tool used to score glass TLC plates into size of choice. Can probably be used as a generic glass scoring jig. Printed with 0.4mm nozzle at 0.25mm layer height and 30% infill with no support or raft. I'm concerned about the stability and longevity of the plastic rails used in the original degisn, so I redesigned it to take 8mm metal smooth rods and LM8UU bearings. Fits 200x200mm TLC plates. The baseplate is composed of two halves which needs to be glued together with superglue or solvent. The clip (you need two of them) fits into the notches on both sides and gives you more surface area to glue. You also need two posts and they can either be glued or not. The carriage is best printed with the little triangle mark facing up to ensure a good fit of the scribe holder. The LM8UU bearings go into the round holes. The fit might be on the loose side, depending on your printer, but if so you can use tape to shim it or use glue. Drylin bearings and printed bearings (just search lm8uu on Thingiverse) can also be used. The slider plate (which the TLC plate sits on) is split into four interleaving parts to fit my print bed. They might need some sanding to fit properly. If your printer can fit more than 205x205mm, use the slider_onepiece part if it can fit 205x205mm. Ruler marks are engraved on the sides, 1cm apart. The colored effect shown is achieved by changing to a different colored filament for the last two layers. If this part is hard to print, just make one out of a 2mm styrene sheet.
