A cap for toilet bolts is designed by me from scratch. I could find here much bigger caps. But in my case M6 type bolts are used (10 mm head). Dimensions: Ø18 mm, height 7 mm. I used Fusion 360 to design it. Feel free to make modifications. I printed with white PLA, 0.4 nozzle and slicer configured to 3 layer walls. No supports needed if you print it oriented as in STL.
